Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Autumn Branch, founder of Aujedi Consulting.
I started Aujedi (Aw-Jeh-Dye) Consulting to help mission-driven organizations strengthen the operational side of their work. Many growing teams have strong vision and impact, but lack the systems, workflows, and structure needed to scale sustainably.
I partner with nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and social impact teams to improve operations through project management, workflow optimization, SOP development, systems implementation, and fractional COO support. My work focuses on creating clarity, improving execution, and helping organizations operate more efficiently.
Over the past several years, I’ve led complex cross-functional initiatives across healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors, managing grant-funded programs, stakeholder engagement, operational systems, and large-scale implementation efforts.
My approach is collaborative, strategic, and hands-on. I believe effective operations should reduce overwhelm, strengthen alignment, and create the foundation for long-term impact.
